In the parable of the fig tree, Jesus said, “Truly, I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place” (ESV). If this generation dies before Christ returns, Jesus becomes a liar. If the Battle of Armageddon takes place before every End Times prophecy or vision has been fulfilled, then Jesus makes Himself a liar. Therefore, these things cannot happen!
“God is not a man, that He should lie …” (Numbers 23:19a NKJV).
Though Israel returned to the Promised Land in 1946, it was not until 1948 that it was officially recognized as a sovereign state. We know from the parable of the fig tree and other related scriptures the reemergence of Israel as a nation was the event that kicked off the proverbial clock for the Latter Day.[1] Jesus uttered countless prophetic phrases, many of which applied to the Latter Days. If the phrase applies to the Latter Days, then it must be included. Too often, false doctrines are the result of omitting one or more legitimate prophetic phrases. Scripture cannot be accepted or rejected based on whether it fits our interpretation (2nd Peter 1:20-21). Either a phrase applies to the Latter Days landscape, or it does not. Consequently, every recognized Latter Days phrase must be applied.
Are you paying attention to the world around you and all the signs God is sending our way?
IN 1933 the Jews of Europe were given distinct signs of the times that the German government was about to descend on them like a hammer.
Here is one of many examples:
April 1st 1933, “A boycott of all Jewish shops in Germany instigated by the S.A. This action was also directed against Jewish physicians, lawyers and merchants. Jewish students were forbidden to attend schools and universities. Due to international outrage and the apathy of many non-Jewish Germans, Hitler orders the boycott limited to a single day.”
Circumstances and the News warned of impending danger – the Holocaust!
In 1934: Here is another of many examples:
August 19th 1934, “’Twenty-Five Points of the German Religion’ are issued in Germany by Professor Ernst Bergmann. It holds that Christ was not a Jew but a Nordic warrior put to death by Jews, and whose death spared the world from Jewish domination; Adolf Hitler is the new messiah sent to Earth to save the world from Jews.”
1935 brings many more warnings:
February 10th, “Prohibition of gatherings urging Jews to remain in Germany.”
April 30th, “Jews may no longer display the German flag.”
May 21st, “Defense Law: “Aryan heritage” as a prerequisite for military duty. During the summer “Jews Not Wanted” posters start to appear on restaurants, shops, and village entrance signs.”
Circumstances and the News-Broadcasts warned of impending danger – the coming Holocaust!
1936 brought more warning signs:
March 3rd, Jewish doctors prohibited from practicing in German public health institutions.
A 25-percent tax is imposed on all Jewish assets throughout Germany.
Circumstances and the News warn of impending struggles – the Holocaust!
In 1937 the warning signs didn’t slow down:
March of 1937, Without justification, Jewish merchants in Germany lose their businesses.
During 1937 – Concentration Camps evolve in such a way that all out-of-work individuals (namely Jews peoples who were NOT-ALLOWED even the most menial jobs) were forced to go to slums or “Work-Camps”.
THE BIG QUESTION IS… HOW MANY SIGNS WILL YOU NEED?
Have you noticed the multitude of signs pointing to the coming rejection of Christians and Christianity?
Changing times and laws which include opposition in government, Academia and Business in general against Christian and Christian morality?
Even after SEVEN year of warnings and obvious rejection the Jews couldn’t/wouldn’t take the hint that Prophecy (Jacob’s Trouble Jeremiah 30:1-24) was taking place in Europe. You can also find a breakdown for Jacob’s Trouble in our book, “This Side of the Whirlwind, the Coming Apocalypse” pages 193-196.
Circumstances and the News ARE warning of impending danger – the Great Tribulation soon to begin!
Have you noticed the Great Falling Away?
There are many things to know and learn regarding THESE last days of the Church Age. All the signs are coming to pass!
The world has already entered the Beginning of Sorrows. It is ONLY a matter of time before the Great Tribulation of the Great Consummation begins.
Circumstances in the News are warning, showing signs the Great Tribulation is near- What will you do to prepare? Do you know how?
If you haven’t prepared by the time the Great Tribulation begins you will be in big trouble.
Shouldn’t you know what’s coming and WHAT to do about it?
Want to find out who, why, when, what and where?
Get your copy of “This Side of the Whirlwind” and sit down with your Bible and family and learn what’s coming.
The Whirlwind of the Lord is coming! We, the Saints of God, need to prepare because…
The Saints will live through the Great Tribulation because it is not God’s Wrath.
The Tribulation Period of the Great Consummation is a time of separation, separating the Wheat (True-Christians) from the Tares (Lukewarm or Pseudo-Christians).
You should know what is coming.
So, get a copy of “This Side of the Whirlwind” by Steven R. Harrel.
The world is nearly in the throes of the Great Consummation (most call this period the Great Tribulation) and there are still several prophecies yet to be realized. The Body of Christ needs to watch for specific signs and not mimic the folly of the Jewish Priesthood before the days of Christ.
Many prophecies of that day were fulfilled under the very noses of the Priesthood and yet they remained oblivious or simply ignored the coming signs.
No! Christendom cannot afford to be so blind!
God’s plan required the blindness of the Israelites in their day, but the children of the light (that’s you and me) are not in darkness so that the coming of the Lord should overtake us, the saints, as a thief in the night.[1]
As the Body of Christ, we are to know the times and seasons and be ready.[2] In other words, MAKE READY!
We left off with this contract between God and Humanity:
Behold, I set before you today a blessing and a curse;
the blessing, if you obey the commandment of the LORD your God which I command you today;
And the Curse (Judgment) if you do not obey the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you today. (Deuteronomy 11:26-28 NKJV)
Now, let’s look at the Split Versing of the Covenant of Jesus Christ.” The two divisions of the contract or covenant can be seen in Isaiah 61:1 and 2.
First Half of the Covenant”
At the beginning of His ministry Jesus announced Himself the fulfillment of the Blessing’s Half of the Contract when He said Isaiah 61:1-2a was fulfilled by Him (Jesus). He did this on the day He entered into His hometown Synagogue in Nazareth (Luke 4:14-21) and proclaimed Himself Israel’s Messiah. Here is what He read, Isaiah 61:1-2a:
“The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon Me, because the LORD has anointed Me to preach glad tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to bind up the brokenhearted; to proclaim liberty to the captives; and the opening of the prison to those who are bound;Continue reading →
