I grew up in a religious (Christian) environment and I occasionally heard stories about the coming of the Great Tribulation. A scary event to be sure, horrible judgment which would be coming on the world.
I often wondered why God would judge humanity for just being the humans He created; what’s the deal with that?
Still, over the years I have asked several Pastors, Elders and long standing Christians what the Great Tribulation “judgment” is suppose to be all about. Continue reading →

There is no such thing as a SEVEN year Great Tribulation period!
The seven year Great Tribulation concept is purely a misunderstanding based on a serious “misinterpretation” of the Seventy Weeks of Daniel prophecy found in Daniel 9:24-27.
More specifically, the error comes from a misconstruction of Daniel 9:26 AND 27 where Theologians or Scholars have incorrectly identified the Prince (Nagid in Hebrew) in the phrase, “people of the prince” verse 26 as the Beast or Anti-Christ mentioned in the book of Revelation; this single misunderstanding has incorrectly altered the course of nearly all existing End-Times teaching.
If you would like to read a thorough explanation which will clearly PROVE the “prince” in verse 26 is actually referring to “Messiah the Prince” and not the Beast… then turn to chapter 7 of, “This Side of the Whirlwind, The Coming Apocalypse” and read pages 75-86; subsections: “Daniel’s People of the Prince” and “He Shall Confirm a Covenant”.
Over the last two years whenever TSWhirlwind has presented chapter 7 from “This Side of the Whirlwind” to Scholars, Theologians and Professors of Theology, not one voice was able to effectively be raised in descent to the message. Not one learned Theologian or Scholar could refute the findings in chapter 7. In fact, during one evening presentation a senior Theologian from the state of Minnesota went so far as to state, “My goodness, your forty minute presentation was astounding! I hope you know it will take me at least three months to confirm just the information you presented here tonight!” (The presentation lasted just 40 minutes and represented only a few pages within the text.) My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.
Because you have rejected knowledge,
I also will reject you from being priest for Me;
Because you have forgotten the law of your God,
I also will forget your children. (Hosea 4:6 NKJV)
The coming of the Lord will take place sooner than most might think or believe.

Billions are fearful Christ may actually return. Confusion and concern over issues related to the Great Tribulation are understandable when the World has yet to find a reliable message for the coming trouble or the apocalypse soon to follow. Pre, Mid and Post tribulation teachings are grossly flawed. A-Millennialism and Preterism also present with gaping holes and Biblical contradictions. Until now, there has not existed a reliable message. Until now, much of the End Times information has been fraught with misinterpretation.
Before we talk about the different perceptions behind the Tribulation Saints concepts… Each of you should first know the REAL danger in misunderstanding the truth behind this important distinction, i.e. “Tribulation Saint”.
Some End-Times doctrines advance the mistaken proposition of a SECOND CHANCE after the Resurrection of the Saints or Rapture; these are those individuals who are mistakenly called the “Tribulation Saints.” This post will confirm how they are in error.
These individuals (those thought to be Left-Behind) are erroneously believed to have heard the Gospel message before the Rapture — but for varied reasons were unable to commit to Christ because they were not sure of the Gospels veracity or the absolute truth of God’s Word.
Such erroneous and dangerous teachings promote a dangerous sense of false-hope. Continue reading →
“Because you have kept the word of my patience, I also will keep you from the hour of temptation which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth” (Revelation 3:10 KJV).
It is neither uncommon nor inaccurate for End Times teachings to refer to the Hour of Temptation as the Tribulation Period, which comes upon the whole earth near the end of the Church Age. As the text in this chapter has confirmed, the seven-year continuous period widely proclaimed to be the Great Tribulation does not exist. The Bible does, however, refer repeatedly to the last three-and-a-half-year period of the seven-year covenant, which was reserved to fulfill God’s End Times purposes. Continue reading →
