Is Judgment Coming?

Hey Whirlwind Fans,

Hi, my name is Steven R. Harrel and I’m the author of this blog and This Side of the Whirlwind, The Coming Apocalypse.

As some of you know, I grew up in a religious (Christian) environment where occasionally sermons were offered on the Great Tribulation and Coming of the Lord.  I know, scary concept the Great Tribulation, most Christian beliefs consider the Great Tribulation a period of horrible judgment coming from God to punish a sinful world.  Leastwise, this is the assertion taught by Pre, Mid and Post Tribulation perspectives.

Quite often when I’d hear these sermons I wonder why God would judge humanity for just being the human-beings He created, which, to me, makes no sense at all.

Over the years I’ve questioned many Pastors, Elders and Lay-Christians regarding the Great Tribulation’s judgment.  What’s it all about?  Why should God, according to these 7-years of the Great Tribulation, punish humanity for being exactly what He created, SINNERS?[1]  After all, Sinners who don’t accept Jesus as Lord[2] are going to die soon enough and experience God’s Judgment for the rest of eternity;[3] so why punish humanity for 7-years in advance?  Truly, God must have a better reason and better things to do than punish His creation for punishment’s sake, right?

THAT’s RIGHT, He does!

Fortunately, now that the world has entered the prophetic period known as “The Time of the End,”[4] we now have God’s full message on the End-Times written down in a book, This Side of the Whirlwind, the Coming Apocalypse.  “This Side of the Whirlwind” coupled with the Bible provides genuine answers previously withheld; answers concealed (by God) for generations and for ages and only now released to the Saints of God during these last days[5] (as written above, The Time of the End).

During God’s unveiling of His divine message in “This Side of the Whirlwind” it was revealed that little to no Biblical support exists for either the 7-year Great Tribulation concepts or the failed A-Millennial or Preteristic viewpoints.  Each of these End-Times messages represent misinterpretations which resulted from the absence of information God intentionally withheld until The Time of the End.  Below you will see several examples of how these NEW REVELATIONS have opened our blinded eyes to a more complete End-Times message.

By the way, did I mention –according to scripture Daniel 8:13-26, Daniel 12:4-9 and Revelation 10:1-7) GOD withheld these revelations?  Okay, back to the narrative.

Here are just a few examples based on newly released revelation taken from Daniel’s “Seventy Weeks of Daniel prophecy” (Daniel 9:24-27) which prove current End Times doctrines were missing volumes of information.

  • Every element of prophetic fulfillment related to the Seventy Weeks of Daniel prophecy MUST take place DURNING the 70 segments of 7 years prophesied in the Seventy Weeks of Daniel prophecy.
    1. This means the Temple destruction Jesus alluded to in Matthew 24:1-2[6] must take place during either the 7 segments of seven OR the 62 segments of seven or the 1 segment of seven which is divided into two segments of 3½ years.
    2. We now know the 7 Weeks was fulfilled between 536 BC and 447 BC.
    3. The 62 Weeks segment was fulfilled between 447 BC and 3 BC.
    4. And the first half of the 1 Week segment mentioned in verse 27 took place during Jesus’ 3½ years of ministry.

Revelation to these previously unknown elements indicates the final 3½ years of Christ’s Covenant will take place at the end of the Church Age Biblically referred to as “The Time of the Gentiles”[7].

  1. Therefore, the 70 AD destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple cannot represent the fulfillment of Daniel 9:26 or Matthew 24:1-2.
  • Additionally, we know the pronoun “He” in Daniel 9:27 which was previously misinterpreted to represent the Beast actually refers to Jesus as the Messiah.
  • And that the 3½ years of Christ’s ministry in fact represents the first half (blessings half) of that 7 years blood covenant mentioned in verse 27.

As you most certainly have questions regarding these comments and statement we should be grateful God provided “This Side of the Whirlwind” and all its Biblical support.  This Side of the Whirlwind’s End-Times message is scripturally sound providing divinely inspired revelation that actually makes sense within God’s model AND framework AND purpose for the End-Times.

But don’t take my word for it!

Challenge the End Times message within “This Side of the Whirlwind’s” pages.  As the human author for This Side of the Whirlwind, The Coming Apocalypse we frequently send out challenges around the globe seeking any and all comers to prove a single tenet within its pages wrong.

To date, 47 months after launching “This Side of the Whirlwind” the challenge has gone out weekly, monthly and sometimes daily for anyone to prove the message wrong.

As written, to date, we are glad to say:

  • Not one Theologian
  • Not a single Scholar
  • Not even one Layperson has uncovered a single flaw to the Great Consummation message; leastwise, not the message found in This Side of the Whirlwind, The Coming Apocalypse.

As far as we know and believe, no one ever will.  GOD willing!

Because we believe God gave this divine message for this generation of the Body of Christ, the generation which must endure the Tribulation Period of the Great Consummation, and believe me there is a reason why. https://thissideofthewhirlwind.wordpress.com/2019/02/21/the-decimation-1-this-side-of-the-whirlwind/

We are the generation of Christ’s Bride which must make ready for Christ’s return in fulfillment of prophecy. “Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.” (Revelation 19:7)

We are the generation of God’s people which must endure to the end also fulfilling prophecy.[8]
