It is Time
This post was previously released under the name, “Today is Different.”
A few changes were made, enjoy!
How is today different?
Creatures of habit are we. Each of us has spent the past (your age) years of our lives watching the world go by; loved ones coming and going; struggled to forge our ways in this world, and as Christians, we have each heard that one day, one day soon, the Second Coming of Christ will actually take place and we will all join the Lord in the skies.
Just so you know, today is different!
So how is today different? How is today different from everyone else’s day in the past two-thousand years? I mean, any person’s day who was born since Jesus returned to the heavens and the church began waiting for the promise of Christ’s Second Coming?
How is today different?
The first question should really be… do we truly believe Jesus will SOON, if ever, return or is the “Second Coming” concept merely a religious construct for which most of us give little genuine credence?
Is the Rapture just a religious idea for which you have been programmed?
You see, if you don’t really believe the Bible then the question is moot for you.
However, if you do believe God’s Word then pay attention…
By the way, whether you believe or not… Jesus is still coming!
WE know the Holocaust of WWII was the infamous “Jacob’s Trouble” written about in Jeremiah chapter 30.
WE know from Deuteronomy 29:23 thru 31:30; Jeremiah 16:14-16; Jeremiah 23:7-20 and Hosea 3:3-5 that God established a prophecy calling for Israel to be restored as a nation in The Latter Days. Therefore, based on the historical and prophetic fulfillment of these prophecies WE know we are in The Latter Days.
WE know from the “Parable of the Fig Tree” that this generation, the generation which lives during The Latter Days cannot die (meaning the generation as a whole) until every vision and prophecy related to The Latter Days has been fulfilled (that includes Christ’s return). This is also a fulfillment of Daniel 9:24-27: The Seventy Weeks of Daniel prophecy.
WE know from Psalms 90:10 that the Biblical lifespan of a generation is 80 or less years. This means the Parable of the Fig Tree will be fulfilled within that 80 or less year timeframe.
WE know The Latter Days began “no later than” 1948 when Israel became a sovereign state. We know this because Israel’s reemergence as a nation in accordance with all the prophecy outlines can only take place during The Latter Days.
And WE Know… Christ returns for the Body of Christ at the end of the Tribulation Period but before the Wrath of God and before the 80 or less years has elapsed.
So how is today different?
For the first time in more than two-thousand years all or nearly all of the prophetic signs are taking place, being fulfilled in the prophetic timeline as directed by the Seventy Weeks of Daniel prophecy. Add to this truth, every other divine prophecy related to the End Times has or is coming to pass right now.
There are a couple prophecies remaining, but only a couple. The Mark is already here. The Temple is being readied for construction. The Beast has yet to be outed. And the Great Consummation has not yet begun. We are waiting on the Beast to place the image of the Beast in the Holy of Holies.
This of course requires the Temple to be built, Beast to be outed and the image to be established.
So, once again, how is today different?
We have a deadline, a “no great than” in the scheme of God’s Word and prophetic timeline for the Second Half of Christ’s Covenant.
We do not have a specific day or hour, but we do have a season just as the Bible indicates (1 Thessalonians 5:1-9).
It is time to start TRULY believing that Christ is coming soon.
It is time to prepare for the Tribulation Period of the Great Consummation; the Crucible within the Storm of all Storms through which Christians everywhere must navigate. That period when we are to flee into the mountains and hills and forests and deserts and, and, and…
It is time to prepare!
So, let’s get about it brothers and sisters in Christ.
Before it is too late and we no longer have a means to purchase. You know, the Mark of the Beast and all.
Fear not, just prepare and above all else, stay close to our Savior.
God Bless you!
