Amendment I

What is America without the First Amendment?

Well – It is not America! No sir, it is not!

What has happened to the personal rights of American Citizens?

Where is our freedoms?

Why must we speak according to political or social correctness?  We will not!

What happened to the American Spirit and demanded right to verbally disagree with anyone anywhere simply because we disagree?  Why must our disagreements equal some ridiculous phobia, fear or mania simply because we disagree?  How absurd!

When did we somehow lose our rights to our own businesses or companies because someone else (non-vested individuals) think we should do business with them or somehow differently and why should we be forced to serve people with which we utterly disagree and or dislike?  Is that not the very reason some Americans own their own businesses so they can do business their way?  US Government – get out of our business!

Americans, business owners and otherwise, should be able to deny service to anyone, but especially when there are numerous alternate venders or services providing the same type of products and or level of excellence.

Why should the irate individual’s desire to make us serve “Them” supersede our rights and our hard earned and high priced ownership?  It is the owner’s hard earned business.

What happened to the American ideal:

WE RESERVE THE “RIGHT” TO DENY SERVICE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON!

And where does the US Government get off thinking they can deny an American Citizen their right to their own personal opinions and prejudices in operating their own business?  When did they lose their rights?

I can – sort of agree – if there are no other places to do business or receive the specific service or product needed; but when there are three other outlets providing the same or similar services, get out of my store!

The article above is just one more example in a series of interventions where the US Government is overstepping its boundaries.

I am not advocating any prejudices.  God created everyone.  Here in America we are seen to be endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these rights we have the right to fight for Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

Do not give up your rights easily

For when they are gone we are sure to never see them again!
